In order to ensure indoor temperature, the floor shall be painted with floor paint or ceramic tiles, and air conditioners shall be installed; 02 The customer shall provide the main power supply to support at least 2500W single-phase AC power supply, and the equipment provided by us must be installed in the power air switch for protection; Do not use triangular plugs. 03 The main power supply provided by the customer must be on the ground, and virtual connection is strictly prohibited! 04 It is better to use the deionized water circulating tank as the cooling water. If there is no deionized water, the distilled water can be replaced; In order to avoid affecting the laser efficiency, the circulating cooling water should be replaced in time (it is recommended to supplement water for at least two weeks).

Precautions for use of marking machine:

01 It is strictly forbidden to touch the surface of optical components with hands, cotton yarn and hard objects. Blow the components with your mouth. Only use your ears to remove dust and dirt. Wipe them gently with long fiber absorbent cotton or mirror paper. 02 Laser marking machine is a new discipline of optical, mechanical and electrical technology. Its precision equipment, operation and maintenance personnel must have professional knowledge and skills. Regularly maintain and check whether the medium diaphragm is clean, misaligned, whether the end of the laser rod is contaminated, and whether the water tank is clean.

03 Ensure the equipment is effective; Long operation time, 20 hours of downtime will be used every 8; (Or shut down the equipment in time when it is not in use) to ensure that it can effectively damage the equipment and prevent long-term shutdown of the equipment due to long-term overheating.

04 The equipment environment has high requirements for optical elements. The air humidity and dust shall not be too large. No strong interference source and vibration source. The installation conditions of the laser marking machine usually need to be maintained; An independent enclosed workshop, the floor should be painted or tiled, and it is recommended to install air conditioner.
